Mary Christidis

As the Founder and CEO of Avandra Cleaning Services, I am responsible for building the company from the ground up, overseeing all aspects of operations, branding, client relations, and strategic growth. I develop the business with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, client-focused cleaning services backed by professionalism, consistency, and trust.

My Story

Mary Christidis, the founder and CEO of Avandra, brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting from humble beginnings as a housekeeper and progressing to front desk roles and eventually managing entire housekeeping departments and hotels. Her extensive experience has fostered a deep understanding of customer satisfaction and the importance of maintaining a positive work environment. Mary believes that when employees feel valued and supported, the results speak for themselves. This philosophy drives her approach to every aspect of Avandra, as she takes each contract personally and ensures she is involved in every decision-making process. Her hands-on leadership style, coupled with her unwavering dedication to both client and employee satisfaction, has made her a strong and inspiring leader in the cleaning industry. With a passion for excellence, Mary is committed to ensuring that Avandra delivers the highest quality service while fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace.

Client Relations Manager

Abigail Ranallo

As Client Relations Manager at Avandra Cleaning Services, I am responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and personalized service. I act as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling all communication with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. My role centers around understanding each client’s unique needs and ensuring our services consistently align with their expectations.

My Story

 With my Business Marketing diploma program from Humber College, I gained hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, consumer behavior, and market research. My educational journey has provided me with a solid foundation in strategic marketing principles, as well as practical experience through real-world projects and collaborative case studies. Passionate about building strong connections between us and every client, I thrive in roles that blend creativity, strategy, and service. With a background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and customer relations, I bring both analytical thinking and heart to every project. My goal is to help Avandra tell it's story, engage our audience, and leave a lasting impact from a seamless customer experience.
